Retirement, a stage of life

Each year, the “Retiring My Life” session is offered to people who are about to go through, are going through, or have recently gone through the transition to retirement.

A new stage of life begins. What meaning should be given to this new stage? How to approach it? A five-day session to better live this passage and find a new impetus to lead a balanced and harmonious life. This session is not a spiritual retreat.

This session, which does not neglect the spiritual dimension of the person, is a journey of reflection and human formation suitable for everyone: 55 … 60 … 65 years old … future retiree, retiree or spouse, married, cohabiting , widowed, separated, divorced, single…

I’m going through the transition to retirement or I’m preparing: what orientation? What is the meaning of the coming years? What new impetus to bring?
The themes are in touch with our daily life and informed by contributions at the human and spiritual levels.
Re-processing my life aims to accompany everyone in their current problems, in the light of the Gospel: giving meaning to the years to come, welcoming a new place in the world, finding a relational balance, etc.

  • look at my future and open myself to something new,
  • illuminate the meaning of my life today,
  • re-establish myself in the world and commit myself to it,
  • Open to the possibility of a spiritual experience of the inner life.
