These multipurpose spaces aim to foster synergies between change agents, promote social and environmental innovation and stimulate community engagement. They serve as living laboratories to experiment with harmonious cohabitation between humans and nature.

Center Altos del Cabo

Altos del Cabo is an Integral Ecology Center located in the San Luis neighborhood, which has about 25,000 inhabitants. This territory is located at 3,100 meters above sea level in the mountains northeast of Bogota, near the paramo of Las Moyas, with a temperate climate. It dates back to the 1960s, when the territory was made up of large plots of land and the population movement towards the city began to manifest itself.

Third place of the Hermitage

The Maison de l'Ermitage, located in the heart of the city of Versailles, was built in 1746. King Louis XV asked to detach six hectares of the park of the Palace of Versailles to build a hunting lodge that he offered to Madame de Pompadour. On this site, Fondacio seeks to live this ecological coherence where social justice, personal and spiritual development, and the relationship between Man and nature are thought of together. Training, projects, spiritual life and partnerships are deployed to allow everyone to taste and deepen their relationship with themselves, with others, with nature and God.

Third place of Esvière

Since 2005, Fondacio has been present on the Esvière site in Angers, where IFF Europe has been established for over 10 years. In 2019, the congregation of the Franciscan Sisters of Sainte-Marie des Anges offered the property to Fondacio, marking the beginning of an ambitious project: to make Esvière a third place dedicated to integral ecology and social ties.
This site is becoming a real ecosystem: a training center, a resource center, shared housing for 50 people, friendly spaces and a garden with multiple uses.

The Almond Trees

The Library is a project initiated in 2002 to offer an educational support space to children and families from disadvantaged neighborhoods adjacent to the Center of los Almendros de Huechuraba, in the north of Santiago, Chile.
The Los Almendros Library is a dynamic space for social and cultural interventions in a network, with the initiatives of the Municipality of Huechuraba, promoting social and educational actions for the integral development of children, young people and elderly people of the municipality in situations of poverty and educational precariousness.

Sichem Center Partnership

Sichem is a peasant organization for self-promotion, production, training and support for sustainable development that was created in 1990 on the initiative of unemployed youth. The Sichem Education -Succes + project is located in the rural area in the southeast of the Zio prefecture, maritime region of Togo. Population: 50,000 inhabitants made up of more than 40% of young people under 25 years old. Challenges in terms of basic infrastructure (health centers, schools, roads, leisure places, etc.) not keeping pace with urbanization.
The project aims to make a sustainable contribution to improving the quality of education in this region by developing libraries and providing academic support.
