Through this component, our actions contribute to reducing inequalities and gender equality via professional training centers and entrepreneurship support for young people aged 16 to 25.
Current projects in this area are:

Sichem Polytechnic Institute (Togo)
The Sichem Polytechnic Institute (IPS) was created to meet the educational needs of young Togolese people who do not have access to high schools. This technical training center offers professional courses in electricity, agriculture, and masonry, allowing 68 young people to acquire practical skills and enter the job market. Thanks to the support of the center, these young people develop technical expertise while contributing to the development of their community.

The Sparks (Ivory Coast)
The Les Étincelles project in Côte d'Ivoire aims to train young people in precarious situations in the sewing and pastry-making professions in the city of Bouaké. With training courses lasting from 3 months to 3 years, this center allows young people to develop professional skills that open the doors to employment or entrepreneurship. This project contributes to reducing inequalities by offering these young people solid future prospects.

YLDC Malaysia
Integration and training programme for young migrants and refugees in Kuala Lumpur, facilitating their access to education and employment. Objective: to promote the socio-professional integration of young migrants. Target audience: young migrants aged 17 to 35.

YLDC Myanmar
Leadership and life skills training for young people in precarious situations. Objective: to strengthen their capacities for their integration into society. Target audience: young people aged 17 to 30.

YLDC Laos
Life skills and organic farming training center to help young people become independent. Objective: to develop employability and promote sustainable practices. Target audience: young people aged 16 to 25.

YLDC Potosi (Colombia)
Career guidance and entrepreneurship program for young school dropouts. Objective: to offer career prospects and encourage entrepreneurship. Target audience: young people aged 16 to 24.

IFF Africa (Togo)
Training institute focused on agroecological entrepreneurship and leadership, which allows young people to become agents of change. Objective: to train young people and farmers in sustainable and innovative practices. Target audience: young people aged 17 to 30 and professionals aged 30 to 45.
