SUCCESS +
Support the education of children from poor families in Togo
More than 100 children participate each year in the Success + education support program in Lomé (Togo) .
Initiated by Fondacio, this project offers school support for children, various socio-educational activities and other incentive methods that can help keep children, young people and adolescents in school.
Success + helps to improve their academic success rate.
Since its creation in the “Hountigomé” district in the early 2000s, children and young people have been used to frequenting and taking advantage of the light of the Fondacio Togo Community House to learn their lessons, do their exercises and request from time to time time of members of the Fondacio movement to help them with their schoolwork. This is why the Success + project was born in 2007, in order to structure this support for disadvantaged children with learning difficulties in this district.
Providing the necessary equipment: library, school cafeteria, access to drinking water and electricity, for a quality education is the main objective pursued by Succès +
The children attending school (from primary to secondary) come from underprivileged families in the “Hountigomé” district of Lomé.
Success + per year, it’s more than 250 beneficiaries, more than 50 children, and:
• A library with over 5000 books with reading areas
• Socio-educational activities with well-defined objectives
• Tutoring lessons every evening
• Public speaking competitions are organized

Success + is a fondacio project in Togo Launched in August 2006, the project aims to reduce school wandering and school failure among young people in the Hountigomé district of Lomé, where Fondacio Togo has its head office and offers them various activities to improve their school work and promote their personal and social development. It offers various activities for children: School support: school support is offered regularly throughout the week to children in the neighborhood. The children themselves are used to revising their lessons in the premises of Succès +. Socio-educational activities: educational talks, competitions, film screenings, educational games, manual activities, sports are regularly offered to children. Library: since March 2008, it has made available to children and adults many books, children's magazines, etc. It is open every day for on-site reading or book loans, and thus contributes to the development of the culture of the neighborhood and to the improvement of student performance (spelling, vocabulary, curiosity).
