Fondacio schools have the mission of helping everyone to give meaning to their lives and to discover their own way of getting involved. Through unique training courses, each young person is encouraged to know themselves better, to recognize their inestimable value, and to train for professions such as project management, humanitarian work, or even agroecology.
IFF Africa
At IFF Africa, the mission is to train change-makers capable of engaging in the challenges of the Church and Society in Africa.
The student is jointly responsible for his training through his "personal training plan" which defines the objectives of his year. The work in small groups which allows better animation and personalized monitoring of each student.
In addition to technical knowledge, each student acquires diverse skills throughout their course: knowing how to work in a team, communicate effectively, face and resolve conflicts, assume responsibilities, open up to others, etc.

IFF Asia
IFF Asia prepares and equips young people for leadership and helps them grow in their unique vocations, nourishing their path of human and Christian formation.
It opens an alternative career or life path and helps them confidently engage as leaders in the peripheries and be on mission to serve the local church and civil society. We invite young people to take up the opportunity of IFF Asia programs; especially candidates aged 23-38, who are motivated and committed to learning and serving.

IFF Europe - Belgium
IFF Europe in Belgium was launched at the beginning of 2018 with the Tremplin Course.
This is an original project made possible by the commitment of its various stakeholders.
In this sense, every person on the team is invited to be responsible for their part in this project, whatever their position and convictions, to bring their best to it, to deploy their talents and skills, in an attitude of listening, openness, trust and audacity.

For over 35 years, at Iffeurope, we have been committed to not leaving these young people by the wayside, but on the contrary to supporting them so that they can find meaning in their lives. We have two courses , OPEN and TREMPLIN, to help young people find meaning in their orientation and their life project. Our school allows a young person to reveal their talents, to become a little more themselves, and to engage as an actor in a fairer and more humane world.
