On Wednesday 27 January, Fondacio Chile closed its community year with a final meeting of its Extended Assembly of Leaders, in which just over 40 people, leaders of the different community groups, areas of work and regular and specific programmes of Covid, met via zoom to pray, make a reading of the year lived and look together towards 2021.
In small groups, the participants answered two questions about the lessons that 2020 left us, both personally and as a community, and, based on what they learned, they visualised intuitions and challenges for 2021, also personally and as Fondacio.
In addition to sharing the syntheses of each of the groups in the large group, a detailed summary was sent to the Council, to contribute to the work on the guidelines for 2021 on which we are working.
On the occasion, both members of the council and some other leaders gave summaries, no longer than 4 minutes, on their respective areas of mission and work so that all those present could identify the different activities carried out during the year. In all of them, the capacity of the different work teams to adapt to the challenge posed by the pandemic stood out.
