Belonging to an international community
Fondacio is 3,500 committed members and several thousand beneficiaries in 23 countries. Fondacio's governance is based on an organization that brings together an international board and boards in each of the countries where Fondacio is present. It is present on four continents: Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe.
A Congress brings together every 5 years the leaders and delegates of all countries. It defines the main orientations, proposes members for the Fondacio Council and elects the co-presidency team. The co-presidency, with the Council, ensures the unity of the community and the implementation of the directions set by the Congress.
In each country, Fondacio is represented by a council, chaired by a national leader or a team of co-leaders and a pastoral assembly. Each country is autonomous, in a relationship of subsidiarity with the international co-presidency.

The organization of the globality service carried by the co-presidency is inspired by sociocracy. Autonomous circles linked to the co-presidency circle accompany the life of the community throughout the world.
