You wish to make a donation under income tax (IR)
If you are an individual making a donation to Fondacio, you can deduct 66% of the amount from your income tax, up to a limit of 20% of your net taxable income. If your donation exceeds 20% of your net taxable income, you can carry forward the excess for five years.
If you wish to make a donation under the property wealth tax (IFI)
The Fondation Fraternité de Fondacio, under the aegis of the Fondation Notre Dame recognized as being of public utility, is authorized to receive donations. This entitles you to a tax reduction to be used on your Real Estate Wealth Tax. 75% of the amount of your donation to the Fondation Fraternité de Fondacio
is deductible from your IFI, up to a limit of €50,000, which corresponds to a donation of €66,667.
