Reconfinement as a couple? Heading for Hope

COUPLES AND FAMILIES

"To all who are sanctified in Christ (...) grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ." How can the greeting of Saint Paul resonate, where we "remain" as a couple, in Fondacio's vision?

More than ever, take care of the two foundations of the couple
what are the promise and the covenant

In any unlikely context, it is the core values that are good guides. The "promise of our couple" becomes there: what do we most want to have experienced well, no matter what happens?

By virtue of the covenant that binds us as a couple, and as a family (as in a community), we become crew members co-piloting a boat in rough weather but in the wind of the Spirit! "In accordance with the Scriptures", we have faith that a crossing is possible. A practical method here supports the promise: day after day, "Plan, Carry out, Discern, Adjust".
Also cultivate the connection through well-being:

To support the alliance, we can look each other in the eye and reflect something positive, hold hands, massage each other's shoulders, and/or have a good laugh, taste a fruit, listen to a song, light a candle in silence: so experience moments of being, together, in love, quite simply...
