A look back in pictures at the 2021 Engagés day!

The Committed of Fondacio France of the Grand Ouest met on Saturday March 20, 2021 in Angers (49). A look back in pictures at this day of celebration, in union with all the communities of France and full of enthusiasm for the future.

On Saturday, March 20, the day of the Engagés du Grand Ouest took place in Angers. The morning began at 9 a.m. at the Saint Laud Church for a time of praise and teaching, after which each participant joined their small sharing group for a staging of the parable of the Good Samaritan.

At the end of this time in a small group, each Fondacio participant was given a small drop on which they had to write their name and their main commitment.

The celebration of three YES

The ceremony of the Committed in the long term was held in the afternoon in the Saint Laud church and brought together a hundred people, members of Fondacio, but also friends and families of the new "Committed in the long term". With Mgr. Delmas, Bishop of Angers, François Prouteau, President of Fondacio, welcomed each one in their process of commitment in the long term in the church.

During this celebration, the three new Long-term Committed, pronounced their YES! A YES that irrigates all the others!

We also had the joy of welcoming 8 new members, Frédéric and Elisabeth from the Nantes community and Magali, Laura, Sabine, Dominique, Christine, Sophie from the Angers community.

Each new recruit then received a small white stone in their hand, to signify this new stage in their journey of alliance with Christ and the brothers and sisters of Fondacio.

This stone bears the name Fondacio, it symbolizes the alliance with Christ who welcomes us and blesses us on this path.
