And you, how do you take care of living things and the planet?

Activities - INTEGRAL ECOLOGY - Projects

What if taking care of the living started with the way we look at ourselves, the way we listen, the way we love?
Because by protecting life… we learn above all to celebrate it again.
It's not just about protecting the planet.
It is also taking care of oneself, of others, and of everything that breathes, grows, hopes.

What if, instead of trying to “save” the world,
we learned to truly love him — one step at a time?

Self-care: the first seed

Un jeune assis face au lever du soleil avec un livre en mainBefore changing the world, we sometimes need to slow down and reconnect with ourselves.
Taking care of yourself is not selfishness: it is cultivating the inner soil from which our commitments are born.

  • Meditate for a few minutes a day

  • Welcoming your emotions without judgment

  • Make sure you have real rest time

Because an exhausted heart no longer has the strength to love,
but a peaceful heart... can move mountains.

Caring for others: building living bonds

Living is also the richness of human relationships.
Every kind look, every sincere listening nourishes something essential in the other.

  • Offer a word of encouragement

  • Take the time to really listen

  • Performing free acts of kindness

Fondacio, we believe that fraternity is an ecological force: it regenerates hearts... and makes us want to take care of the world together.

Caring for the Earth: Reconnecting with the Source

Protecting our planet should never be an option.
But a natural expression of our gratitude towards what carries and nourishes us.

  • Reduce our waste

  • Consume local and seasonal products

  • Repair, reuse, transmit

Every gesture counts. Even a small one.
Because life is a fragile fabric... and each thread that we preserve strengthens the whole.

MIVO & SICHEM: when ecology becomes human

Creative workshop with the little geniuses of MIVO

At the MIVO center in Benin, we help vulnerable children, young people and women regain confidence, dignity and autonomy:

  • Artistic and expression workshops

  • Psychosocial and educational support

  • Raising awareness of the environment and everyday ecology

At the SICHEM center in Togo, young people are trained in agroecological professions:

  • Market gardening, composting, food autonomy

  • Cooperation, solidarity, accountability

These places embody our conviction: the Earth regenerates when human beings rise again, together.

What if it was your turn?

Caring for life isn't a task reserved for experts. It's a posture of the heart, accessible to everyone. What if you started today? A smile. A plant to water. A kind word. Little seeds... that, one day, will change the landscape. We believe that every gesture counts. Because caring for life means choosing to love more.
