The Charter for Accompaniment outlines the specific ethical principles of personal and spiritual support. It guarantees that all facilitators are trained and supervised, and that a rigorous protection framework is in place.

Respect for the inalienable dignity of each person, freedom of conscience, absence of discrimination, and responsibility exercised with discernment.

A culture of prevention through training, clarification of roles, support for managers, and the appointment of a protection officer in each country.

Spiritual accompaniment as a privileged space for growth, with training for accompanists and maintenance of a register of authorized providers.
