YOUTH - LEADERSHIP

Many of us embark on adult life with the desire to build a life that is consistent with who we are, and to commit ourselves to serving what drives us.

But where to begin? How to discern between deep aspirations and socio-economic imperatives? What next step should we take? At the same time, we see how much the world needs inspired leaders today, who know how to follow the Holy Spirit to respond to situations of increasing complexity in the sense of harmony and justice.

The Young Leaders program was born from this dual observation, and from the friendship of Hubert de Boisredon and Louis Faure who, 30 years apart, found a strong resonance in their respective calls to work for the training of inspired leaders participating in the work of God.

This program under construction thus takes today the form of a school of inspired leadership: it is not a leadership of power driven by the ego, but a courageous choice to be true, loving and vulnerable in our relationships, to dare to manifest our convictions and give what is most important to us in the confidence that this can open a path in the other and lead him into a transformation that does not belong to us.

The starting point of the program is a voluntary process, during which the participant chooses a relationship that, according to him, is below what it could be today, and for which he commits to a personal path of truth and leadership in order to be available internally to lead the other in a renewal, a restoration of the relationship. This process is a setting in motion from which, at the heart of daily decisions, one builds or consolidates the foundations of a life in coherence with the calls of God.

The keystone of this program is companionship: in fact, this program is not experienced with an official companion but, after an initial set in motion, with the support of a loved one who commits to walking alongside us. It is this companion on the journey who helps us to remain attentive to God's calls, and from whom we draw strength from a loving gaze to advance on this courageous and demanding path that is the unification of a given life to build a more humane and more just world.
