Working with vulnerable children: an exciting and committed mission
Working with children is both a moving and rewarding experience. As an educator at the NGO ANGE, I have the opportunity to work with children who have had difficult backgrounds, but whose resilience and thirst for learning deeply inspire me.
Supporting abandoned children, victims of violence or wandering
Every day, I witness their courage in the face of life's challenges. Many experience abandonment, violence, or homelessness, but despite this, they carry an incredible light within them. My role is to provide them with a caring environment, to support them in their personal and academic development, and, above all, to restore their self-confidence.
The impact of caring supervision on children's development
Working with them allows me to understand how much love, listening, and support can transform a life. I see children arrive with great distrust, sometimes withdrawn, then blossom over time thanks to a caring and secure environment. Every smile regained, every progress, whether academic, social, or emotional, is a shared victory.
A daily life lesson
Beyond my role as an educator, I learn as much as they do. They teach me patience, perseverance, and above all, the importance of believing in every child, regardless of their background. These moments of sharing, laughter, play, and sometimes tears reinforce my conviction that every child deserves a chance and a better future.
My commitment to the NGO ANGE: a fight for a better future
My involvement with the NGO ANGE, at Mon Refuge, strengthens my passion for educating and supporting children in vulnerable situations. Each face, each story remains etched in my memory, and I continue to carry their voices and fight to offer them a brighter future.
