Technical training geared towards professional integration
In his speech, the Director of IPS, Mr. Ferdinand Adindjita, as well as the Promoter, Mr. Arsène Attidokpo, expressed their deep gratitude to the partners, parents and teachers who contributed to the success of this promotion. The Institute is now looking to the future with a new educational strategy focused on work-study training, allowing learners to familiarize themselves with the professional world from their training.
This innovative approach, recommended by the Togolese State, aims to improve the employability of young people by offering them concrete experience in business, in order to better meet the requirements and specificities of the labor market. The IPS is thus committed to setting up an appropriate framework for the implementation of this methodology, guaranteeing rapid and effective integration of its graduates.
With this first successful promotion and an ambitious vision for the future, the Sichem Polytechnic Institute confirms its role as a benchmark in technical and professional training in Togo.
