Many of us embark on adult life with the desire to build a life consistent with who we are, and to commit ourselves to serving what drives us.
But where to start ? How to discern between deep aspirations and socio-economic imperatives? What next step? At the same time, we see how much the world today needs inspired leaders, who know how to follow the Holy Spirit to respond to situations of increasing complexity in the direction of harmony and justice.
The Young Leaders program was born from this double observation, and from the friendship of Hubert de Boisredon and Louis Faure who, 30 years apart, found a strong resonance in their respective calls to work for the training of leaders. inspired participating in the work of God.
This program under construction thus takes the form today of a school of inspired leadership: it is not a leadership of power animated by the ego, but a courageous choice to be true, loving and vulnerable in our relationships, to dare to manifest our convictions and give what is most important to us in the confidence that this can open a path in the other and lead him into a transformation that does not belong to us.
The starting point of the program is a voluntary process, during which the participant chooses a relationship which, according to him, is today below what it could be, and for which he undertakes to make a path personal truth and leadership in order to be internally available to involve the other in a renewal, a restoration of the relationship. This approach is a setting in motion from which, at the heart of daily decisions, we build or consolidate the foundations of a life in coherence with the calls of God.
The keystone of this program is companionship: indeed, this program is not experienced with an official guide but, after an initial start, with the support of a loved one who undertakes to walk alongside us. It is this companion on the journey who helps us to remain attentive to the calls of God, and from whom we draw inspiration from a loving gaze to move forward on this courageous and demanding path which is the unification of a life given to build a more humane and just world.
