Leadership

In its “leadership” activity, Fondacio places itself at the service of people who seek to transform their way of being a leader, manager, professional, young professional, by giving priority to the humanization of men and society, with reference to the ‘Spirit of the Gospel.

Our participants are leaders or future Christian leaders (leaders, managers, professionals, young professionals) within companies, associations, administrations.

Non-Christians are welcome if they agree to follow an explicitly Christian approach, knowing that they are respected in their beliefs. To do this, we want to help participants to:

    • find meaning.
    • take a step back.
    • seek their vocation.
    • address their weaknesses and vulnerabilities.
    • integrate the complexity of their professional life.
    • enlighten their conscience from the practice and social thought of the Church.
    • be nourished by the relationship with God and by a Christian vision of man and of the world.
    • support each other in this process, in an atmosphere of mutual listening and benevolence.
    • and if they so wish, commit themselves to a mission in the service of the Kingdom of God.

I have been part of a fraternity of leaders for 3 years and this small monthly meeting has become very precious: it is the only place where I can give myself up in complete frankness, in a climate of benevolence and security, and address my worries, my weaknesses and my fears. This mutual help is extraordinary.

At 30, after 5 years of professional life, I asked myself the question of the meaning of my life, of my work. After a session at Lérins that marked me, I joined a "young pros" fraternity where I was delighted to find young people also looking for the meaning of their professional activity. Together, we will find it easier...
