Barangay West Fairview has generously provided a place for YLDC classes since 2015. In 2019, there were a total of 106 students (79 graduates, 23 dropouts, 5 special cases)

Nearly ten percent of the 39 million Filipinos aged 6 to 24 were out of school

YLDC Philippines aims to empower youth who are out of school and unemployed due to financial difficulties or who have lost interest in school or work, to develop positive attitudes towards education and work; equip them with the knowledge, skills and values necessary to empower them and seek opportunities for a better life.
